1.Introduction & Application
FTD-6000A Transformer Capacitance And Tan Delta Tester breaks through the traditional bridge measurement mode, adopts variable frequency power supply technology, and uses single-chip microcomputer and modern electronic technology to automatically convert frequency, analog/digital conversion and data calculation; it has strong anti-interference ability and fast test speed. High precision, fully automatic digitization, easy to operate; automatically filtering out 50Hz interference, suitable for on-site testing with large electromagnetic interference such as substations. It is widely used in dielectric loss measurement of transformers, transformers, bushings, capacitors, arresters and other equipment in the power industry.

*Adopt frequency conversion technology to eliminate 50Hz power frequency interference on site. Even in environments with strong electromagnetic interference, reliable data can be measured.
*Data storage: Equipped with calendar chip and large-capacity memory, test results can be saved at any time, historical records can be viewed at any time, and printed out. The current time and stored time can be displayed and printed at any time.
*Integrated, standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply, convenient for on-site testing and reducing on-site wiring.
*Low voltage shielding function with reverse wiring. Under the condition that the 220kv CVT busbar is grounded, the dielectric loss of the 110kv reverse line can be measured without disconnection.
*Can carry out AC withstand voltage test. It is convenient for PT and CT to conduct two AC withstand voltage tests, and it is convenient for 400V low-voltage system to conduct withstand voltage test.
*It can identify the frequency of external high-voltage power supply from 40Hz to 70Hz, and can conduct large-capacity high-voltage dielectric loss test with industrial frequency power supply or series resonance power supply.
*With continuously variable transmission test function, it can realize self-excitation test of continuously variable transmission. Four protection limits, high voltage/current and low voltage/current, can be set to ensure the safety of people and equipment.
*When testing CVT, not only the capacitance and dielectric loss values of C1 and C2 can be automatically tested, but also the total capacitance and dielectric loss value of the CVT device can be tested.
*Built-in thermal printer can print out test data with calendar clock, which is convenient for users to generate test reports and can be output via USB flash drive.
*Overcurrent protection function. When the measured object is short-circuited or broken down, the instrument will not be damaged.
